This one here is my first Snowflake model made from a mixture of 50mm Expol insulation foam, high density foam, fibreglass, epoxy resin and the appropriate finishers.

The Chiller is a small .3hp unit with a custom box, filtration and ozone. The fans are ducted straight out the bottom of the box so it runs incredibly efficiently. It can be set to 0 degrees and I have had temps in Winter under 1 degree but manages more sane temperatures easily.

Has been in use since May 2024 every day. Made for someone around 6'1 85kg.

Pro's

• Works as it should, very reliable.
• One off, no one else will have one exactly like this.
• Cheap enough to run.
• Easily serviceable with NZ fittings.

Con's

• Should've been built fully with high density foam like my newer ones.
• Box needs a little tidy up and finish which I will do at time of sale. Not a big job.
• Still needs proper feet glassed on the base which I will do at time of sale.
• Could do with a clear screen cover over the temperature adjuster to make the whole box 100% weather tight but doesn't really matter. Still trying to find something suitable.
• Will not fit through a standard door. A big factor depending on where you intend to keep it.

Selling as I want to use another one that is being developed.
